1. Data Management Consultant

   • Contributed to establishing and operating the Data Management Office (DMO) at the Saudi Ministry of Media, raising the National Data Index (NDI) maturity level from “No Capability” to “Defined” and the compliance score to 35%.
   • Prepared and managed government data compliance documentation for the Digital Transformation Measurement Index (Qiyas) at the Ministry of Media, achieving over 80% compliance.
   • Played a key role in establishing the DMO under the Saudi Shared Services Program (SSP), delivering policies, procedures, strategies and operational plans across the 14 Data Management Knowledge Areas and completing over 80% of readiness requirements.
   • Supported data management and governance at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), structuring documentation for Data Modeling, Data Integration & Sharing and Data Storage aligned with the five levels of the Data Maturity Model, and preparing Qiyas evidence across several domains.

2. Educational Technology Consultant

   • Migrated all school data from DARS to the eSchool platform within three months and operationalised 80% of its core modules for academic, administrative and reporting processes.
